Handle multiple complex projects as our new Lease Analyst.

You will be held responsible for the administration of corporate client’s global real estate portfolio, which includes: account administration and operation, including the lease administration, and working with database management. Acts as a liaison in improving and maintaining the value provided on the part of the organization, for the client’s real estate needs.

Coordinates and assists Broker with transactions, market research, financial analysis, and lease administration.

Analyzes and interprets market research, lease documents, and financial data; make recommendations.

Tracks lease action dates (renewals, expansions, expirations) utilizing internal databases.

Administers and manages various projects for a corporate real estate client in multiple markets.

Coordinates daily communication between team members, field offices, and client.

Gathers and coordinates real time local information in multiple markets. Market data collected will be related to current market conditions, lease comparisons and building data.

Prepares detail of work plan and schedule, completes detailed analysis and research, and identifies options.

Prepares various project status reports for client and team members that include proposals, presentations, and follow-up letters. Coordinates all aspects of preparation, including writing/proofing/editing templates; scanning photos, creating and placing maps and graphics.

Participates in presentations to clients and prospects.

Upon successful performance as determined by lead broker and the client, this position may participate in transaction activities and complete required documentation for CB Revenue Accounting (vouchers, deal file documents, invoicing, etc.).

Qualifications
Motivate employees and clients to take action. And coordinate all efforts effectively. Apply your high school diploma, along with 3+ years of related experienced and/or training, to develop your career. You should also possess:

Two to four year degree in business preferred, and/or two to three year’s experience in real estate or related financial field, or an equivalent combination of both. Experience working with tenants is preferred.

Ability to present information and effectively communicate with sales professionals, outside brokers, clients, and vendors.

Must possess excellent writing, proofreading and editing skills. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence

Ability to transform property and financial data into promotional test.

Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and commissions. Conducts basic financial analysis.

Self-starter w/outstanding organizational skills and ability to create and maintain desk procedures, filing systems, and reporting systems. Shows initiative in seeking out, researching, and sourcing the right tools or people to keep projects on deadlines.

Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations.

Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills.

Intermediate level required with the Microsoft Office Suite.
