Minnesota Job Partners has been selected to be your service provider by a committee of your colleagues The purpose of this Dislocated Worker Program Grant is to help you prepare for new employment. We will hold enrollment sessions onsite as soon as possible, so that you can enroll before the facility closes.

Please review a summary of the program benefits so that you are aware of the opportunities available to you. This program is totally free to you, and has some very worthwhile benefits. We encourage you to take full advantage of it.

Please encourage any of your friends and colleagues who are being laid off to participate so that they do not go through this transition alone. We want to ensure that everyone hears about the program and has an opportunity to register.

Registration/Enrollment Sessions

This session is the first of two steps in becoming enrolled in the program.

Registration sessons will be conducted onsite at Dellwood Place. Here is the schedule:

Friday, September 30^th, 7:00 a.m., 1:30 p.m. and 3:00 p.m.
Tuesday, October 4^th, 7:00 a.m., 1:30 p.m. and 3:00 p.m.
Wednesday, October 5^th, 7:00 a.m., 1:30 p.m. and 3:00 p.m.

What to bring to the Registration Session

When you attend the Registration/Enrollment session, there are several forms of ID to bring:

1. A valid state driver''s license or state photo ID card,

2. Social Security card or a copy of your W2 form with your SSN on it. If you are not a US citizen, bring your work visa,

AND

3. Citzenship or right to Work Documentation. One document is needed. These documents include your birth certificate, US Passport or other registration card, Native American Tribal document, Alien registration card including Right to Work, US hospital birth record,

4. Your notice of layoff from Cerenity

Counselor Meetings

When you attend an Registration session you will be assigned to a schedule to meet with your counselor for your one-to-one counselor meeting. This face-to-face meeting with your counselor is step two in the enrollment process. During this session you and your counselor will begin to create an Individual Employment Plan (IEP). This plan will guide you to set goals, identify training needs, and select job search strategies that will result in attaining your next job.
