A warm welcome to our participants affected by the closing of Archiver's. Losing your job can be a challenging and stressful life event; MN Job Partners provides a program of important benefits to assist you during your transition. Whether you are looking to stay in the same career, or shift gears and reinvent yourself, we can help! With résumé assistance, vocational counseling, valuable workshops, funds for training, and support services, we will help move you from layoff to job search to happily employed!  Read on for more details.

How To Enroll

The first step to enroll with us is to attend a registration session. MN Job Partners has held several on-site registration sessions at Archiver's Home Office in Minnetonka, as well as at each of the retail locations. If you have not yet attended a registration session but are interested in enrolling in the program, click here to see when you can catch another session.

The second step to enrollment is meeting one on one with your vocational counselor. Your counselor will work with you every step of the way until you are re-employed. We call this first meeting the Individual Employment Plan (IEP) meeting. You will talk with your counselor about your work history, educational background, family, health, finances, and your goals for the future. You will determine an employment goal and action steps to reach that goal. When you leave your first meeting, you will have concrete steps to take - from research to résumé development to networking - to start you on the path to your next great job.
